Return Policy
At Navguru Wellness Private Limited customer satisfaction is our priority. Customers may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:
* Product received is damaged, defective, or leaked during transportation.
* Wrong product delivered.
* Product quality issue reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper photo/video proof.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products are non-returnable unless damaged during delivery:
* Organic Ghee
* Honey
* Jaggery Powder
* Panjiri
* Pickles
* Cow Dung Cakes
* Other consumable wellness products
Products once opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned.
Refund Policy
* Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
* Refunds will be credited through the original payment method or official bank transfer.
* Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.
Transportation & Insurance Policy
* Transportation charges are applicable as per order quantity and delivery location.
* Bulk export or wholesale orders may include additional freight and insurance charges.
* Insurance during transit will be provided only if specifically requested by the buyer before dispatch.
* Risk of damage after successful delivery shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Installation Charges
* No installation charges are applicable for our food and wellness products.
* If any customized machinery or bulk equipment is supplied in future, installation charges will be communicated separately.
Warranty & Guarantee
* All products are manufactured under strict hygiene and quality standards.
* We guarantee that products supplied are fresh and packed properly at the time of dispatch.
* Shelf life and storage instructions are clearly mentioned on product packaging.
* Warranty is not applicable for damages caused due to improper storage or misuse after delivery.
Expected & Guaranteed Delivery Time
* Domestic Orders (India): 3–7 working days.
* Bulk Orders: 7–15 working days depending on quantity and location.
* Export Orders: Delivery timeline depends on shipping destination and customs clearance.

Advance Payment Policy
* Minimum 50% advance payment is required to confirm and dispatch bulk or customized orders.
* Full advance payment may be required for export orders or specially manufactured products.
Order Cancellation Policy
* Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
* Once the product is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
* Refund for cancelled orders will be processed after deducting applicable transaction or processing charges, if any.
